Facilitator Training
An essential element for the success of high impact courses
Facilitator Training instructs and empowers lay couples to lead life skills courses that are High Impact and able to make a real change in how couples act and interact with each other.
Couples chosen to facilitate these courses play an integral part in the experience and success of each class. They guide their groups through a process of experiential learning that explores attitudes and inspires change to help build healthier, happier, and stronger relationships.
While leading the course, the Facilitator Couples not only help the participants improve their marriage, but they experience increased growth and commitment in their own relationship. It is truly a unique and enriching opportunity for married couples to do ministry together.

Designed to be emotionally forceful and cause change, these courses require proper training in order to facilitate effectively and responsibly.
The success of each class session depends upon the Facilitator’ Couple's clear understanding of the course materials combined with having personally experienced the effects of its group dynamics. At the three-day Facilitator Training workshop, the couples get both. Along with course content, they are taught how to create an environment that encourages honesty, transparency, and open sharing while they interact with other Facilitator couples to experience the true effects of a Transformative Course.
