Family Dynamics is a nonprofit marriage and family ministry headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee (just outside of Nashville). We help churches and organizations take proactive steps to prevent marriages from reaching a state of distress and to revive those that are already in distress. By being trained to lead our Dynamic Marriage course, you can transform bad marriages, increase intimacy in good ones, save the future of children involved in hurting homes, and bring new families into your church. For couples in troubled marriages, we provide a very successful turn-around seminar that saves marriages.
Joe Beam founded Family Dynamics in 1994 and serves as President today. By the grace of God, we have been blessing marriages and families for a number of years. By training seminars we teach people how to have healthy marriages and families and how to lead others to have the same. Our goal is not just to educate, but to actually change behavior. We teach people to actually apply what they learn. We have strategic alliances with therapists, counselors, psychiatrists, researchers, church leaders, and authors to develop the absolute best tools available for making marriages great. Our method for strengthening relationships has been featured on Focus on the Family, Good Morning America and the Montel Williams Show. In 2006, Joe began hosting Give and Take with Joe Beam, a national talk-radio show about relationships ranging from marriage to dating to parenting.
We train those interested in helping couples to go back and lead a marriage and family-enrichment program at their churches or organizations. You don't have to be a minister, pastor or counselor to be trained, but you must have a heart for couples and families.
Everything we do for individuals, couples, and/or families focuses on leading them into loving relationships with each other and with God. We strongly believe that love is the key to fulfilling marriages, nourishing children, and building families.
Whether a facilitator of our programs or paid staff, everyone on the Family Dynamics team is an integral part of our marriage and family ministry. Paid staff serve our ministry as seminar trainers, marriage educators, accountants, administrative assistants, customer service representatives, marketing developers and in similar support roles. Family Dynamics' outreach would be impossible without these dedicated men and women.
